Investigation of 21st-Century Competencies and E-Learning Readiness of Higher Education Students on the Verge of Digital Transformation

This study aims to determine the 21st-century competencies of higher education students on verge digital transformation and their readiness for e-learning reveal relationship between these two variables. Having been carried out by using single relational screening models, this was conducted with 2100 attending participating in research voluntarily. E-Learning Readiness Scale consisting 33 items 6 factors 21st-Century Skills 41 5 were used as data collection tools. Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Mann-Whitney U, Games-Howell Dunnett T3 tests analysis collected online. As a result research, it has concluded that are at high level while is moderate. It determined there differences scores scale its sub-dimensions according age, gender internet use status, statistically significant, positive weak readiness.
